Information you submit

This is a message form, not an account sign-in. It collects your email address and two messages. Do not enter account passwords, login verification codes, or payment details.

The two-message process

1. Submit your first message. After it is accepted, the form clears and displays a prompt asking you to submit the second message.
2. Submit your second message. Please wait is shown while it is processed, then the form redirects to the thank-you page.

Storage and forwarding

The script attempts to save each message privately on the server, including the email address, message text, message step, timestamps, and delivery status. It also attempts to forward messages to the site operator by configured email and Telegram channels. Those providers process forwarded messages. Acceptance can mean a server copy was saved; it does not confirm that both notification channels received the message.

Hidden text

Text masking only hides the message on your screen in supported browsers. It does not encrypt the message. The submitted text is saved and forwarded as typed.

Retention and deletion

This script does not automatically delete stored messages. Server copies remain until the site operator deletes them. Email and Telegram copies are retained separately and must be managed by their recipients.
